The object of this course is to motivate participants to actively contribute to a better and safer working environment. The course emphasises preventative measures that can prevent harm to people, the environment and equipment.

Emotional Intelligence, also known as Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the ability to properly gauge your emotions as well as the emotions of others in all situations, use proper judgment and behave appropriately for the desired outcome. In other words, EQ is the ability to identify your emotions, and those of others, and use that knowledge to make the best decisions, regardless of the circumstances.

Hensikten med kurset er å gi blivende kranførere god teoretisk og praktisk grunnopplæring på fastmonterte hydrauliske kraner. Kurset gir elevene god innsikt i prinsippene for kranens konstruksjon og virkemåte. Etter endt kurs med bestått teoretisk prøve vil denne sammen med bestått praktisk kjøreprøve være grunnlaget for utstedelse av kranførerbevis G20 Fastmontert hydrauliske kraner.

Opplæringen dekker kompetansekrav i NORSOK standard R003N for Kranfører G20.
