Course Description:- In this course, the participants will be guided on what to look for in a galley inspection with special reference to the cleanliness, FFA arrangement, first aid box, ventilators etc. The checks that need to be carried out when inspecting the dry provision store and the reefer chambers. These checks include the reefer chamber temperature, ice accretion etc. Learning Objectives:- At the end of this course, the candidate will be able to · Confidently carry out a thorough galley inspection. · Confidently carry out inspection of the dry provision and reefer chambers.
