We all have a complicated relationship with food. For some of us, food is comfort. We turn to it when we feel sad, stressed, or bored. It is a way to cope with our emotions and while there is nothing wrong with using food for emotional support occasionally, it can become a problem when it becomes our go-to coping mechanism.
